A super Henrik Kristoffersen . The Norwegian gives an encore and, after yesterday’s victory in the giant of the 2021-2022 Alpine Skiing World Cup on the snows of Kranjska Gora, he has always repeated himself among the wide gates of the Slovenian slope, still demonstrating his qualities .
Third in the first heat, the Scandinavian was able to interpret in a great way a tracing that on paper should not have favored him: a streamlined design more suitable for other athletes such as the Swiss champion Marco Odermatt . However, Kristoffersen delivered a very remarkable second run, replicating yesterday’s first place and preceding the Austrian Stefan Brennsteiner by 0.23 and Odermatt by 0.27, remembering that the Swiss had finished the first heat in the lead.
At home in Italy the best was Luca De Aliprandini at 1.37 from the top (10th) like the Slovenian or Zan Kranjec : a few mistakes too many for the Italian skier who did not find the race he hoped to be in contention for the top-3 .
