Lamborghini Aventador NFT ready to launch? Check out a teaser

A mysterious Lamborghini teaser published in the last few hours could herald the arrival of the Aventador in NFT format.

No new model or special version, but an absolute novelty in the digital context. Lamborghini released a teaser a few hours ago that was very different from what one might have expected. The clip, entitled “Ultimate Is Dropping Soon on Web3” seems to refer to a possible new NFT coming to Web3, also known as Web 3.0, that is a kind of crypto-internet based on blockchain technology.

The video posted on the net

Basically, if with Web 1.0 users had access to sites with fixed content that they cannot modify, 2.0 brought an invasion of solutions created by people (such as videos and photographs on social media). Now is the time to raise the bar again. In fact, Web 3.0 aims to allow Internet users themselves to control every digital infrastructure .

The aim is to cut the “umbilical cord” with companies and multinationals, in possession of centralized platforms. Doing so will give shape to an independent network space shared between surfers. One of the subjects of exchange within this network would be NFTs, or objects or works of art with unique properties.

We certainly do not discover that Lamborghini was sensitive to the issue today. Last February, the Sant’Agata Bolognese company placed five Non-Fungible Tokens on the market, collecting over 500 thousand euros during the online auction. Back then the NFTs consisted of five small pieces of carbon fiber adopted for an experiment in space by the company aboard the International Space Station in 2019.

In light of the strategies already implemented by competing brands, it is plausible that the shared video heralds the arrival of an Aventador in NFT format. In short, the crypto world is increasingly affecting the players in the supply chain.
